# Where can I find my tracking number?

## You can find the tracking number online in your My Account- Orders tab or in the automatic shipment email from "OrderShipped@Simbaline.com"

### Option 1: My Account- Orders

You can also view tracking information in the [My Account- Orders](https://portal.simbaline.com/account.php?action=order_status) area when logged in to our new website.

### Option 2: Automatic Shipment Email

When your package is shipped, an email will be sent automatically from our system to the email on file for the order that includes all of the shipment information.

Below is an example of the email notification you will receive. It contains the following:

- Order Number
- Your Simba Account Number
- Customer PO Number
- Carrier
- Estimated Delivery Date
- Shipment Address
- All Packages 
    - Tracking, package weight, and order number
- Items shipped
