Copyright and Trademarks used in customer-provided artwork shall be the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order with Simba, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, use, and distribute merchandise containing the name, trademarks, logos, or copyright identified in your order.
You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simba from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual proprietary right of such merchandise.
