Product safety & social compliance testing are key components of our compliance commitment of providing safe products to our customers. Simba is a member of the PPAI Product Safety Awareness program & integrates industry best practices throughout the organization.
Simba's compliance program is comprised of two primary parts:
- Social Compliance - All Simba suppliers must demonstrate compliance to a minimum Code of Conduct that ensures a legal & safe working environment.
- Product Safety Compliance - A product safety assessment is part of our product development process & certain products are periodically reviewed by third-party experts to ensure compliance to applicable legislation, including the CPSIA and California Prop 65.
