Die charges are service fees
Die charges are service fees; & payment for such fees does not constitute ownership. All dies & materials that are required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of Simba.
However, custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are reorders for a period of two years, we reserve the right to dispose of dies.
